This is the life of one Longfin Eel and its incredible journey through the rivers of New Zealand.  At the start of the journey, that may take a century to complete, the eel is guided past the dangers of the river by the instinct of its ancestors. 

Kayaks on the Roof of the World, 28 minutes

In 2005 a group of kayakers journeyed to the remote and wild Parlung Tsangpo in Eastern Tibet to attempt the first descent of the river.  While the expedition members challenge high altitude and difficult whitewater, for the first time ever, a small group of Tibetans are learning to kayak and discovering the joys and frustrations of river running.
